How to edit a note
Open your note, put the cursor where you want to add text, url, image or video and paste the copied content or select the text you want to edit and make your changes.
Note: to open the note in its own window, double-click on it in the notes list. If you have a long list of notes, use
Quick Search to quickly find a specific note.
You can't edit locked notes.
You can add urls, images, photos, scanned documents, and videos to your notes.
Add links
To add an URL, go to your note and paste or type a URL.
Add images and videos
To add a picture or video to a note, just copy / paste or drag a file into a note.
Capture Selection from Screen
Control - click the note, choose 'Capture Selection from Screen', drag to select the area you wish to capture. When you release the mouse button or trackpad, the screenshot will appear in your note.
You can mark up attachments, after you added them to a note: move the pointer over the attachment, click the Action pop-up menu in the upper-right corner and then choose Markup.
Edit note's title
To edit the text in note's tile, double click anywhere in the title or select Title > Edit from note's menu.
Add a list
You can add bulleted, dashed, and numbered lists to notes.
Put the cursor where you want to add a list, click the List bullets and numbering button in the formatting panel, then choose a dashed list, bulleted List, or numbered list you need.
